The West Texas Wranglers fans are celebrating after the Wranglers took down the San Diego Raptors.
In a superb effort the Wranglers kept at it, and brought home the win. The Raptors are widely considered to be the better of the two programs, but with the Wranglers winning the fans are hoping that the Wranglers will soon be able to dance with the big boys.

The free-agent signing period had just begun, and Thomas's agent called to tell him that the Mercurials head coach was in town. Soon, Thomas was meeting him at an executive airport.

Now, Thomas is being fitted for a Mercurials uniform.

One of the league's top DEs and top free-agent prize agreed Friday to a 6 year contract worth $6,250,000.

"It's one thing to play football in this league and make a living, but it's a totally different thing to come to a place with a rich tradition like the Mercurials," Thomas said.
